Early August, we did multiple meetings at my office or at coffees, I took time to understand her initial vision and to introduce deliverables (Editorial strategy, content calendar, content pillar…)
I defined and prepared each video (validated by client).
Then mid August, client changed direction of 12 videos (she would like more « classic » real estate videos to earn quickly money, based on her actual job with Real Estate Masters, after a meeting with her manager)
I also did multiple photos during recording sessions (1 photo shooting was included in offer) and client use at multiple times videos and photos on Instagram.

Free « reveal logo » video I did, asked by the client after the creation of logo (to keep good relationship I accepted but it’s never pleasant to work for free, especially when it comes from a customer requirement)
EARLY SEPTEMBER :
Message where client ask for all the footage, 3 days to stop everything.
Client sent me 12 new videos (with multiple recording sessions).
I explained by call (Wenesday at 16:55) that « we already recorded 3/4 sessions so I can’t do 12 more recording session, I can offer for free one more recording session ».
That’s where she was upset and she unilaterally stopped the service, even though most of the work had already been done.
Offer on my website, clearly mention « 3 shooting session » + same on the contract :
Client maintained almost daily pressure on the Claimant through constant WhatsApp messages and phone calls, frequently asking for the “next step” immediately after each task was completed.
